aftermarket shocks for Coolster 125's???

I just got mine on my boys quad. I also bought the 11" rear and 11.5" fronts. The rear does bottom out very easily. I adjusted it with the spring and its not too bad now. My boy weight about 60# so itll be fine for now. I really think this would be perfect for the smaller quads. The 125's are farely large quads. If I had a Polaris 90 or some of the smaller youth quads, these 11's would be perfect for a smaller kid as long as the quad can fit the length.
The fronts are damn near perfect for the quad on the loosest spring setting. I think they can be adjusted as my boy gets heavier.

Agreed - I like the feel of the fronts and the whole package feels a ton better.
The nitrogen pressure thing was bugging me, so I did a quick search on these dampers and found that the gas pressure adjustment is functional but is much more limited than the racing shocks I'm familiar with. The following reference explains it well and also recommends a 75 PSI setting. I was a little hesitant to go that high but I'll give it a shot on one of the rears, since I have a spare to use if it blows out.

Let me know how it turns out. We had a snow day today so we went and had our 16x6.50-8 snow hog tires mounted and are putting our 1.5" wheel spacers on. Should be a nice handling little quad once these are on. The fronts really helped widen it out. Now with the rear 3" wider, it'll be awesome!

Center bore is simple, hog it out with a die grinder. The lug that are counter sunk will center the spacer. I bought 8 10x1.25 70mm long bolts, 16 lick washers, and 8 nuts. Run the bolts through the back side of the hub do you have actual studs now. Spacers come with lug nuts. Use these on those studs to hold the spacers on. Then just use the nuts to bolt the wheels on. I thread locked everything and used the lock nuts on the studs behind the hubs and on the rims. If there was a way to post pics, I would.
