Default Baja 90 - spark issue

So I bought a Baja 90, that the guy had dropped a 110cc Gio(I think) engine in. Worked great for a couple days and then no spark, or if I was lucky a very intermittent spark. Replaced CDI and Ignition coil....to no avail.

Thing is really starting to frustrate me - Any ideas of where I should start next? It turns over great, just no spark(or sometimes a very intermittent one..

Any help would be VERY much appreciated

check the quick connects, you may have a blade inside that has backed out not making good contact. OR, check to see your ground wires haven't rubbed a hole in the jacket and is intermittently grounding out. have you converted to a new NGK spark plug?

Will check that, would it help to disconnect, and some dielectric grease and reconnect as well?
