Well going over the wires again i just said frig it wiggle the wires as i cranked it over and i got spark soooo tracing wires again cometo the conclusion the blue prong in the cdiis somewhat loose just enough to be a pain in the *** so im gonna put a new end on and retry should be good after this thanks for the help btw spark plus was no good also

 

Fascinating how many problems with Chinese quads come down to bad wires..
