Default TaoTao 250 Engine Problem

I have a TaoTAo 250 ATV that is 11 months old. It will idle, but bogs down when revved. I'm on the 3rd new carb, (PZ27), I've adjusted the valves, checked the intake rubber, replaced the coil, spark plug, fuel lines and filter, sprayed carb cleaner around anywhere there could be a vacuum leak and the problem is still there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thats weird..not sure what to suggest next.. maybe check all the wire connections and grounds.. Can you use some choke and see if it gets better.. trying to figure out if its fuel or ignition related.. guessing you put a non chinese spark plug in it?

It does do better with choke full on, and I did use a decent brand plug. I did check all the connections and applied di-electric grease to all of the connectors. I will check the grounds and see if that does anything. I do have a spark tester and when it bogs down it still shows to be getting spark to the plug.

It sounds lean to me.. Can you adjust the fuel mixture on this carb? If so turn the fuel screw out 1 turn..or more .. Can you raise the needle (lower the clip) in the slide? If so put the clip in the groove closest to the point of the needle.

No easy adjustment with only 1 groove.. A small washer under the clip would lift the needle some and richen things up.
