I new hear so Hello! I am hoping that someone can help me. I was given a 70cc quad " LONCIN" ?? The carb had some of the tubing dry rotted. I was wondering if someone could help me with re-running the tubing. (some of the tubing was hanging unhooked)Ill try to insert a image for clarification. Anyhow, are the unhooked line just drains or overflows?

the hose pictured is overflow just route it to below engine but away from exhaust also should have hose on bottom of carb for draining

I have another question to ask. I am now having problem with the quad starting.
I have replaced the following on this rig: Battery, new carb , fuel filer, fuel lines, solenoid, coil, cdi. I now have a good spark but the quad won't turn over for any period of time. I have tried adjusting the lean screw and opening the throttle cable to full extension, choke is on…... It seem won't to turn but no luck. Don't know what else to do. Thanks in advance!!

 

check valve clearance and timing as these lil motors dont like tight valves
