Need help. Bought 110cc Chinese used atv and it won't turn over. Lights just go dim when trying to start. Replaced the cdi box still won't turn over. Jumped the starter off to turn it over that way to see if it would fire and no spark. Did the same with the solenoid and still no spark. Any ideas?

 

look at all the safety switches there is one on the handle bar one behind the seat that is a tether type make sure it is plugged in good then it may have a remote box if you dont have the key chain unplug this one

 

check your ground from the stator

What is the stator?

 

It acts as the alternator the wires going into the engine lead to the stator
