Tao Tao ATA 110d
#1
Purchased a good looking, non running TAO TAO Ata 110d from an acquaintance.
Looks almost brand new.
Basically issue is No Spark.
I've set parking brake (Light illuminates)
The Kill switch on back is pressed in.
the red button is set to run.
I get starter but no spark- took screw driver placed in plug socket and tried to ground to block while starting. no luck
I heard these had a remote, could it be the remote locked it out?
also some unhooked wire connections which do not match color in front.

Not sure where to go from here to troubleshoot.

try tracing the wires from the spark plug boot and see if there is a break in one of the wires or a bad connection, and if there is a remote there is a wiring harness that can be removed and the left over connections should just plug into eachother.
