Default ATA-125 D wiring issue....

Hello, I can no longer start my 125CC ATV after I drove over a large hole in the ground. The bike gave off a big backfire then totally shut off. Does this unconnected wire (shown in the pictures attached) have anything to do with it? If so, where does it go?

If not, what do you think could be the reason?

Thanks,

Sal ATA-125 D wiring issue....-14264953_527819877425106_2215404779971656940_n.jpg

Do you have spark? Check the foot operated safety switch. I found mine the plug tends to wiggle loose and cause a no start. Also check the tether safety at the back of the machine . The bump may have wiggled it loose

Looking closer at the engine, I just noticed this. This just don't look right for obvious reasons. Somethings busted. Do you know what this is? Sorry for the stupid questions. This is my very first bike.

This must be the reason why I got a huge backfire when I hit that hole then the bike just shut off. Right?

u got it... Looking at your machine it looks pretty new. I would attempt warranty first as these do have a engine warranty on them
