Not turning over could be a number of things. Do you hear anything when you try to start it? If nothing then it's a bad relay or blown fuse.

If you hear something what does it sound like?

I hear nothing. You push the switch an nothing try to give it gas and nothing. It make no sound. I do not have a manual so where would I find the rely switch or the fuse.

If you can't find a wiring diagram online (I'm pretty sure they are out there), then you can visually trace the wires coming off the battery (you may need to remove some plastic to clearly see the electrical wiring). The relay will usually look like a little box.

If you don't have one yet, I highly suggest getting an ohms/voltage reader. They are cheap and will be you most important tool in tracking down electrical faults...
