Have you done a compression check? this will also tell you if your timing is off if you have low or now compression, or it could be time for a upper end rebuild. Have you pulled the flywheel off and checked to see if the key was sheered off. No point in speculating until you check

Have done a compression check getting 150 out of each side give or take a few pounds haven't taken the flywheel off yet I do not have a flywheel puller all I have is three jaw Pullers can I remove with one of those ?? It just seems strange that I'm only getting it's a fire out of the right carburetor and not the left seems almost like a spark issue which would either lead me back to you that flywheel being spun around or something else the coils don't look like they're in that great a condition in there kind of beat up I have new ones on the way and I have a new CDI box on the way I figured I'd throw some cheap parts at it

Don't use a 3 jaw puller on the flywheel, you'll break it. You can use a bolt of the proper size screwed into the center hole in the flywheel to pop it off.

I had a newish Suzuki 500 KQ that broke it's key and spun the flywheel exactly 180 degrees out, and a Honda 200ES (ATC,) last week, that had sheared the key too, so it isn't unheard of. Like hugemoth wrote, you need the proper puller, usually a screw in or on type with Honda based engines.

Update: the quad is running apparently it never had a keyway at all it was just a tapered shaft i removed spun around the tightened back down fired right up

so heres the new problem its only running on right cylinder the left is dead i have good compression seems i have spark although wire is messed up i have new coils coming if your riding it it boggs badly and then randomly the left side will fire and it will take off without the left side firing its hard to even get going at all and you have to stay in first lol carbs have been removed and cleaned twice it just seems weird that it just randomly works while riding and then dies back down when idling its all over the place sometimes its smooth sometimes it revs itself up sometimes it stays at high rpms or a second before returning back down ive replaced filter gas line petcock and all clamps dumped gas out and put premium in i will try swapping which coil is plugged where to see if problem moves when i get home thank you

Dude, a comma or period every now and then sure would make it easier to understand.
