I am have motor problems on my 110cc chinese quad so i figured now is the time to upgrade.
I want to put this motor on it and was seeing if you guys think it will fit.

It says it will fit on 110cc quads but i have a concerns.
My current quad does not have a clutch. So can i still make it work?
Also any ideas about it or suggestions on motors for it.

 

It says "semi auto" in the blurb, so I would guess the clutch is worked by the gearchange pedal/lever on the replacement engine. I can't see there being a big difference in power between a 110 and a 125 though. It is intended for bikes with engines that look like that, i.e. Honda Cub clones, if your engine is different, vertical cylinder for example, it probably won't fit, and they do vary in where the starter motor goes. So, if yours has starter under engine, will a top mounted starter foul on frame, exhaust, or carb?

 

No the motor looks exactly like mine my starter is on top and the carb and everything look like there is the same spot as my current motor. The difference in price between there 110 motor and the 125 motor is only $20 so i figured for that price might as well go with the stronger motor.

 

You can buy a very similar atv engine from amazon for 200 dollars and (if you have prime free shipping. If you are going to do it do it there.

 

7 year old post, and that one has a 4 speed gearbox. Most of those on offer don't. Buying Honda clone 50 to 125 engines involves sorting through lots of differing specs and prices. That one says "w/reverse" on the link and the picture shows without reverse.
