Just got a 125cc TaoTao used. It starts but won't run when put in drive. Changed the carb, fresh gas and oil. I read that it may be the clutch so I went to remove and it does not look like the Taotao clutch assemblies I see online. Can anyone identify what this is? Newbie to repairing quad.
You are on the wrong side of the engine. You have removed the stator and are looking at the flywheel, not the clutch(es), which are on the right hand side of the engine.
