Default Hammerhead R 150 No Spark

I have a 2017 Hammerhead R 150 with a no spark issue. I have so far pull harness, remove insulation and inspected all wires and connectors, re wrapped harness, continuity tested all wires I could. Replaced ignition switch, stator, starter solenoid, CDI, spark plug, ignition coil and regulator (all parts Hammerhead OEM, ordered from Hammerhead). Battery is at 12.9v, black wire on CDI showing 12.89v. Stator and pick up tested out good, stator does not use red/black wire, relay in start system also tested good. CDI is DC, only has 1 black wire in 2 wire plug, have a AC CDI I tried just to be sure, won't crank. Pulled wires from brake switch and ground out to each other, no spark. Starter is turning fast, over 300 rpm. Unit does not have a kill switch, only ignition switch. I have tried several CDIs, coils, stators etc. (used) tested out same as new.

Thought the OP may come back to you but as they haven't. The DC CDI system is quite simple, power from battery is fed to CDI, a signal is sent from trigger coil on outside of stator to the CDI to tell it when to spark, power from CDI then excites the igniton coil and the plug sparks. So you need to be getting an AC signal from trigger when engine is spun, full fat 12v (test it with a test lamp) between power lead from ignition switch and earth lead, at CDI, and a fairly hefty voltage from CDI to ignition coil when engine is spun. Test all these and one must be wrong, or you would be getting a spark at plug.
