167 fmm / cg200 / taotao 250 ata-D. 250cc/200cc

Trying to get this engine running. Having a no spark issue. Really a slow turning/not engaging flywheel. Let me tell yall now. You name it ive checked it. If it remotely looked off i replaced it. New and old parts Multiple cdis multiple kill switch multiple ignition switch. 4 new stators, 3 new starter motors, 4 new solanoid relays. 3 voltage regs 8 new ign coils endless gaskets and spark plugs. 3 woodruff keys 2 starter clutch 1 set of reduction/idler gears blah blah blah.


I have spark with it out of the engine and flywheel turns good with a drill start method. When i try and do that with spark plug in. It gets hard to turn. When electric start hooked up i get nothin but a slow moving flywheel . Slow moving over compression stroke. Eventually it gets past it but takes a while.


Loosing my mind over this. hellppppp
