I have tooken the ATV in to a local mechanic and has replaced the starter the stator the voltage regulator same with a new cdi box and new starter new 12v battery new ignition switch and new spark plug and new carbarator still will make the same noise like it trying to spark but wont start running anyone know what else I am do my wireing looks super clean I've tooken off all the body parts to heat all connecters and plug and I can't seem to find what I'm missing to get back having fun and riding with the wife!

 

Seems like your "mechanic" is a throw money at it merchant. Firstly, take the plug out, lay it on the head, re/connect the plug lead and see if you get a spark when you spin the engine on the starter. If you do get a spark, check compression of the engine. If under 90psi, it will be bad to start. If compression is over 90psi, fit a new plug and try to start it, if under 90psi, check valve clearances. If you don't feel confident to do these checks yourself, take it to a better mechanic.
