See if you can find a choke. Check the outside of the carb, there may be a plunger on it, or an extra cable, if there is, follow that cable. It is possible that it has an electric auto choke, in which case it will have wires going to fairly high up on the side of the carb. If it still bogs when the engine is warm, try a new plug, if that doesn't fix it clean the carb out. Remove the float bowl and jets, blow through them and the passageways they came from, with compressed air. no altering mixture screws etc, assemble and see how it is then.
