If anyone has any hard starting issues and did the valves check your Voltage Regular and CDI I've had 2 new wireharnesses on my atv and it was a b*tch to start because spark must of been weak come to find out the cdi they gave me was not good made it run but not as it should. Same with Voltage Regulator went threw several batteries due to constantly dying over short hours and the VR wasn't good either luckily for me i had a similar atv that ran fine to test and compare and low and behold the readings were different untill I compared the correct ones to the working atv and got the same readings across pins where as the bad ones had readings across pretty much opposite pins. Just extremely happy to have finally found the awnser so if anyone has the issue of not idling from cold start or battery drain id look into those
