Hello, I recently purchased a Chinese 110cc atv 3speed semi automatic with reverse. I bought it barely running with a botched wiring harness and head with a broken stud. I replaced wiring harness and head. It runs but runs like crap. It’s running a pz20 carb just a cheapy on I bought to get it running. I’m pretty sure it’s got an air leak. It revs up when it first starts then calms down and never stays at a constant idle it’s always going up and down. When i spray starting fluid around the intake manifold it seems to rev up but It doesn’t ever stay at a constant idle so it’s hard to tell, but it sounds like it’s revving up. I’ve replaced gaskets, used sealant, used gaskets coated in sealant and I still can’t get it to go away. I’m considering getting a 22mm nibbi and resurfacing both sides of the intake manifold. But I’m running out of ideas. It runs good enough to kinda ride but it’s far from running well. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
