Hello i have a 05 kazuma falcon 110 that will only start by catching it in gear.It will not start with the electric start will only crank over has new battery and the starter is working fine.I was wondering if the valves might need adjusted? If so does anyone have the procedures for adjusting the valves.

 

I'm not sure what you mean by "catching it in gear" .

Hard starting when cold is a classic symptom of tight valves. It could be many other things as well. Do you have spark? Is the plug wet with fuel? What is this quad's history? Did it get this way gradually, or happen all at once? If it happened all at once, is it after a long period of sitting unused?

See this link for more links to two different 110cc "light" service manuals. Even though they are for different quads the engine is the same. Both cover valve adjustment I believe.
