Hi,

I had posted last week but didn't get a response ( ID My bike - please help? ). Anyway, I found all my parts and figured out why the throttle was stuck - I wasn't putting the throttle part in the carb right. Now the bike is sluggish under load, idles a little fast too. So I'm assuming the main jet is clogged. Where is the main jet?

I saw this under "HOW TO carb adjustment on any Chinese atv. Kazuma, Yamoto, Redcat, Baja, Sunl, etc..."

4. Turn the mixture screw clockwise until fully closed,
then turn the mixture screw 2 full turns out. Where is this?
5. Adjust the idling screw until the engine idles EASILY.
6. Turn the mixture screw slightly clockwise and
counterclockwise until the highest engine REVs is obtained.
7. Adjust the idling screw again until the engine idles
EASILY.
8. Repeat step 6 & 7 till you get the best
performance...
*ENGINE IDLES EASILY means:
The engine idling screw must be set correctly to get a
slowest engine idle(1500 rpm - 1600 rpm), but does not
cut out if you press the accelerator quickly. How can I determine the idle?

Welcome to the forum mbw4359!

Very sorry for missing your first post.. The last 2 weeks have been very busy for me..

If you search around youtube there are a lot of carb rebuild/clean videos..

The fuel screw is on the bottom of the carb sort of in the valley of the float bowl.. Its usually almost impossible to get to.. The main jet and pilot jet are in the float bowl.. If you dont want to take the carb apart.. buy some SeaFoam and add it to the gas... It worked wonders on my Jetmoto 150 about 6 mos ago.. Im not a additive kind of guy ... but I was lazy and tried it for the heck of it... It didnt work in my lawn trimmer.. but the 150 fired up this morning..
