After several goes at it, I believe that I got it figured out. I took it up the block and it ran nice an smooth. It idles nice now as well, albeit a little high. I am going to do some fine adjustments this morning and then drop it by the neighbors. Their little girl is going to be very happy. Thanks for your help with this.
