ok.i picke up my first electric Chinese atv. small little thing but overall in good shape. charger came with it but I don't think its working. when plugges in,should the lites on the gauge light up as it charges..its where the gas cap is on a normal atv.goes from 1-4.
also,i tossed a battery on it to even see if the gauge works an it lite up to a 3.so,i turned the key on and I pressed the button on the side. what else does it need to do to start? it has a twist throttle. any help about an electric atv would be appreciated.
