Im looking into buying a atv for cheap its missing the plastic covers but it runs and moves. I found a 17 number vin on the very front of the atv on the frame (im guessing its the vin) its LAWAAGMC04C106845 I don't know anything about it and have tried just about every vin decoder site and all I got from it was LA is china. any ideas on this?

 

The Chinese made quads really don't give you back as much information as the Japanese or north American numbers do.

I can tell you it's a 2004 model.
