Tappet Feeler Gauge, .002-.003 inch (.05-.08mm) - Whygostock.com

You cannot test it accurately without a feeler gauge.

Sounds like the throttle cable is too tight. Or the carb slide is being held up by the idle screw or contaminates. Hensim is long gone. Wouldn't worry about the start button. Just jump the relay or build your own start button. Just not worth taking to a shop and having a custom start button built. Sell it and buy a Taotao.

"Hensim is long gone" Maybe, but parts for it are not Hensim ATVs Parts

have being trying to figure out y start buttons not work I disconnected the kill switch wier from the cdi (white/black wier) when I hit start button still nothing happens , it will start right up when jump turminal on relay .. what does this mean ? I'm guessing.g its either the relay or start switch itself the o my thing that's working on the left handle bar is the kill switch when its attached to cdi ,the lights and starter arnt Woking ...have being using quad just by jumping relay starts no bother
