hey new to the forms and had a question I just bought a txl 50 for my son and when checking it out noticed that the throttle cable was broken on the side that goes under the fan cover. what does that side of the cable go to? is it a compression release ? I noticed that the cable splits and one side goes to the carb but I would like to know what the other side goes to thanks

 

I waited for someone else to come in as I can't quite remember. However I think it was to regulate the oil pump, check if the pipes from the oil tank and carb go into the same unit. If memory serves me right, it sticks out of the front of the crankcase just behind the flywheel.

 

I think it goes to the oil pump also.
