Default 4 wires from stator? No black/red wire?

I'm having a problem figuring out the wiring from the stator out to the CDI box and the coil. I can't find anything on it anywhere but what I'm to understand is that most of these Chinese quads have five wires coming out of the stator but mine only has four. It has two yellow wires one blue with white and one green there's no black with red and I don't know what to do can anyone help explain this to me

That means it is a DC CDI system. Your CDI only needs four wires too. Usually Black/red from ignition switch, to provide 12v positive from battery to power the spark, this wire can be black/white, or whatever colour the maker thinks up though. Green is earth, blue/white is from the trigger coil that tells the CDI when to spark. The other CDI wire is usually black/yellow and is the output signal to the coil, a fairly high voltage pulse that powers the spark via the coil. However many makers add extra wires to a DC CDI and some don't use Honda wiring colours.
