What do you ride? Anyways, that shouldnt be a problem. Mine was stock with 9.25:1 and it ran fine..no knocks. I now run 10.25:1 and run premium with no knocking. Havent tried the regular with it though.

Might, depending upon spark advance, load, valve timing, rpm, etc.

My suggestion; chance it! If pinging occurs, move up a grade or two.

The DS650 has a 9.7:1 compression ratio and Bombardier recommends 91 octane pump gas. Gas prices should fall, so why not run 91-94 octane?

The Kawasaki Mojave has an 11:1 compression ratio stock, I'm not sure what they recommend, but You should be fine.

I prefer at least 92 in my 400EX. Sometimes, 92 or 93 isn't available, so I get 91, but one octance point shouldn't make a difference.
