Top Manfold bolt.

Default Top Manfold bolt.

How can I get that dang thing out?
I have a 5mm alan witht the ball on the end but it slips out.. Then I bougt a T handle kit and the dang thing inside are not the right size.. it says 5 but its like a 4.5...
Its the TOP bolt under the motor mount.

Default Top Manfold bolt.

Hey bud are you sure you did not split the head on the allen with the frist one and thats whats making the second seem small ?? i hate to bring that up but it dose sound like the likley problem???

no...
None of the head are split on the 5mm sticks or the bolt... All of those crappy T handles ones I got are out of spec.. They are the $7 set from menards.. but I figured they would be IN spec!!!.. bolt is intact..

They are very hard to get out infact it sounds like there breaking every time i losen one up !! but good luck any way's

Default Top Manfold bolt.

If you have the two outside bolts first removed then,
using a plastic hammer or piece of wood, tap on the lower right side of manifold
to turn the whole manifold counterclockwise. Have the ballnose allen in the bolt at the same time
and this will break the bolt loose. The factory seems to use locktite during assemble.
Once you can get even a 1/8 turn the bolt will start to turn easily.

I bent one so it would line up better and go in deeper.

The way Oldmanracing said is the exact same way I did it the first go around. In fact, thats what the direction said to do that cam with my manifold from RWR.
