Rincon leaking antifreeze

Default Rincon leaking antifreeze
03 Rincon leaking excessive anti-freeze out of the coolant discharge tube on the bottom of the ATV this tube is supposed to allow some leakage but I am getting a drip ever 1 second while it is running ...hot or cold.
any suggestions are welcomed....thanks in advance

Why would this happen so soon?...450 miles on odometer?
