what is a good spring for a 500 scrammy
I think someone said White???

I am not sure, but I think you are thinking of the Primary spring, not the secondary.

Default what is a good low end secondary spring

I like to run a Blue Aaen secondary set on 2and2 with a white polaris primary spring with stock weights.Works great.

The HPD violet secondary in either 2-2 or 1-1 works great also. I believe it is real close to the Aaen Blue. Bubba

My HPD aggressive kit came with 10-58 weights, brown primary, HPD violet secondary set on 2-2(I think) and I don't know what helix it came with.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]
