no airfilter cover???

Default no airfilter cover???

i've heard that u can take the airfilter cover off and it'll give you more power. my quad is a yamaha raptor and i mostly ride at the dunes.

airraptor's correct, get yourself a pro design billet adapter plate, K&N filter, put alittle silicone around the inside of the rubber opening, ( there are two seperate openings as opposed to one large opening on the stock filter), put an outerwears over the filter, slide the filter on the adapter plate flanges, tighten her down, and you're good to go.

And yes, don't forget to jet up, at least the mains, and adjust the air screws. Clip position can remain stock, pilot jet? it's your choice to change up to 25 or stay at 22.5, depending on how she runs low.
