i am looking for a mud tire for my wolverine


is their any mud tire that will fit stock wolverine rims?
i was looking for bearclaws,mudmachines,superswampers or any other kind of mud tire?

 

I've got 25" bear claws on my '98 stock wolverine.lose a bit on low end torque but I make up for it with traction and speed

 

does any mud tire make 23 inch tires i am planning to put a supertrapp or fmf exaust on it do u think i would gain all my power and some back if i put a exaust on it

 

You can find tires in just about any size you want. I feel like my pipe helped the midrange alot but not so much on the low end. The Wolverine lacks low end power to begin with and putting big mud tires on hurts even worse. Don't get me wrong...it's still an amazing machine. I'm going with the big bore kit this summer.

 

Not many companies make a 23 inch tire. Go with 25's in a 4 ply. They will fit the stock rim.

I have a 2000 Wolverine with the 23 inch Titains AT489 and they work great.

 

I have a Team Alba Wolf with 25" superswampers on douglas red label with renforcing rings. With all the bolt on products to add power I don't have any problems. The bigger tires help in swamps because sliding in all those weeds get you stuck plus the bigger tires will make a wolf float in deep water, and it will still ride a wheelie in 2nd.

 

put 25's on your atv, a pipe and jet kit will bring your low end back up, i have mudrunners on mine and love them, their good on all kinds of terrain and steer easier than the stock tires!!!
