in canada, in six months it will be ilegal for insurance companies to fro high rates, accually for a banshee its $1800 a year for the the only insurance company in town. in 6 months it will be $200 so for those who pay lots for insurance , dont worry its ilegal soon

its awsome, and plus in alberta, they are soon maken it so that insurrance companies start with a set rate for all applicants, and it will rise or decrease(if ur a good driver) not by gender/age but if you get any tickets or not. good drivers will b rewarded(even the 17 or 18year old male drivers if there good) and if you suck at driving. ur insurrance will rocket up, if you get lots of tickets and stuff like that. will b awsome since i can afford to drive...and maintain my dirtbike....lol, gas/oil isnt cheap.

 

$1800 a year. WTF. You must have been impaired or walked in to the insurance agency with a beer in your hand, a left handed cigarette and a smashed up quad in a full body cast looking for insurance for them to charge you that much. Shop around. I pay $232 a year.
