ANY BODY INSTALLED A LARGER TANK YET ???

I bought the DG fat nerf bars but haven't put them on yet. On another post someone said that DG doesn't even provide instructions; if that's true, I'd buy elsewhere. As far as the tank is concerned, I installed the IMS 4.6 gallon tank and it works great. Given how much gas the V consumes, I consider it a necessity. It should take you about an hour to install (lots of fender/gas tank bolts to remove - easy but time consuming).

I have the dg rear grab bar and the front v-pro bumper is on backorder. My friend has the bumper and it fits good. The tank is also on order.

 

I bought AC Racing nurf bars, front bumper, and grab handle. I like each of them.

 

I recently installed a IMS 4.6 gal Tank in my V-Force. Installation was simple with ordinary hand tools. The new tank slipped right in with no problem where the OEM tank/protective sleeve was. The only problem I have had is that IMS supplied new bolts that secure the fuel pump assembly to the top of the tank and they keep backing out. IMS says absolutely no lock tite so I am not sure how to fix that one. I will have to give IMS a call.

 

Hey V Forcerider, where did you get your AC racing stuff. I ordered mine from ADVANCED ATV and they canceled my order (some kinda business ownership change or something). Anyway, everyone else is way more expensive than ADVANCED ATV was. I was considering waiting to see if they get back up and running rather than paying an outrageous amount for the stuff.

What did you pay and where did you get yours. I really like the AC racing bumper, especially with the black grill removed.
