Default Clutch installation

I just bought a new clutch plates and the RWR 60% stiffer springs. Is there any notes on installation on this? I was told simply by Ron Wood that I didn't need any special tools (other than what I can see is a torque wrench). Anything to consider? I know I must dip in oil before I install. Any info would be greatly appriciated.

Thanks Butt,

however it seems to only cover the springs not the clutch itself. The manual is kinda of vague at some points.

I would say also when you start taking side cover off pay attention to where the 2 bolts that have the little copper washers go. 1 is on the water pump cover and 1 on the side cover under the shifter. The washers are so small you may overlook them if your not looking for them.

You will see the offset 1 when you take the cover off, it will be the first 1 you see. The basket has notches on the end where only one will fit.

take super care on proper rack and pinion alignment when re-installing the clutch cover, they're plastic and the teeth can be fragile. the cover must slip right on with ease or else they're probably misaligned.

you don't have to remove any radiator hoses, just pull the pump cover and bungee it up outa the way, and then the pump impeller is exposed so you can twist it for gear teeth alignment on the reassembly.

totally soak the new disks with oil prior to install, very important.
