Yeah, definately oil. Somehow oil is being burned- probably crankcase oil getting past the rings somehow. Don't know for sure how or what to fix. Good luck man! P.S. - NOT a good idea to ride it until the problem gets resolved.

It can only be 3 things, rings are worn or valve guides are trash. Possibly the carb is dumping fuel and running *very* rich... If it's a 2003 and you have never let it run dry of oil I would take a look at the carb, could have some trash in the needle or something. It's too new to think that the rings or guides are gone already..

i think it's just heatin the block and leakin a tad bit of oil but it only blows blue smoke in the 1/2^ rmps (of throttle) and only with quick revs so i'm not sure could it b vibrating past the seal or w/e and yes it's a 2003

When mine got really hot smoke came out of the crank case vent. Also when they are really hot they dont quite run right. Was it so hot you could feel it toasting your legs so much it was kinda hurting?

That sounds pretty hot.

Is it still under waranty>>? take it back.

It does sound serious, oil past the rings most likely. But on a new warrior???

You do know that air cooled engines need airflow to cool down, so if your going too slow, or get the thing covered with mud......

Or you might be prematurly needing a valve job..

You arn't puttin oil in the gas are you???
