I'm thinking about trading in my Praire 300 4x4, and getting an XT. Could any body tell me what the top speed is on the XT.

Have had my Traxter to 55, only difference is the size of tires.
If your buying a Traxter only for speed, you should look at other units. The Traxter's best points are not speed, it has plenty of speed but if speed is your main thing look at the DS 650.
If your looking for power, ability and agility, then your on tract.

 

You can call my bluff, but on a windy day I pegged the speedo above 100 km. That is 62 mph and the bike felt stable but I enjoy the torque of the power plant and have nothing but good to say about the XT. Go ahead and purchase the bike you won't regret it.
