blaster street legal?

i think i asked this b 4 but can i make my blaster street legal and if i can how old do i have to be to ride it around town i live in the city in ca

if there is at all it is some sort of registration and turn signals, prolly more lights etc

There are only a couple states where it is possible to make a quad street legal. The chances of it happening in Cali are pretty slim since they don't even like ya'll riding them off the road lol

I do not believe you can make a 2 stroke road legal anywhere within the US.
