Just wanted to put in a good word to all of you regarding Cycle Country. I had their plow and electric lift kit installed on my quad when I first got it and have had some problems ... and I want to applaude them for the way it has been handled. Their customer service is excellent, and their policy of getting something out to me immediately was very much appreciated. None of this "take it to your dealer" stuff at all .. they shipped parts to me 2nd day twice now .... (they actually replaced the WHOLE lift kit free of charge to make it right). Bottom line is they went above and beyond to ensure my loyalty and I wanted to pass it along.
