I have a '97 polaris 250 trailblazer it has a polaris aftermarket pipe on it and in the warm weather (70-80 degrees) it seems to bog when the engine gets warm, when i stop and accelerate when get past 1/2 throttle and give it more gas it seems to bog.

70-80 degs? Does it run better when it is cooler or hotter than "70-80"?
If it runs better when cooler out, sounds like your main jet is too big and your rich
If it runs better when hotter out, sounds like your main jet is too small and your lean.
Hope this helps.
Make sure your plug is not fouled, or cracked. One time I had a tiny crack in the insulator(white) and ran great at idle and part throttle, but boged BAD at wide open.
