my dad is comparing the rancher 4x4 and yamaha bruin4x4. he is 5'9 200 lbs. he will be doing almost all trail riding probably on small mountains or flat land.which would be better for him?

 

I'm 6' 225# and the Rancher does everything I want it to do. I use it for ranch work and for prospecting, desert exploring and rock climbing.

Don't know squat about the other machine but my Rancher was an excellent choice insofar as it does what I ask of it, with power to spare, and has thus far been very reliable! When I go out prospecting- it's loaded to the gills.
