wheel durablue wheel spacers on!!!!!?????
I considered myself a fairly decent mechanic......there are no directions, but it looks very straight forward. Do you put the new studs through the spacers that have holes the size of pinheads(exaggeration) first or put the new studs through the hub first and then wonder how the heck you are going to get the spacer on over the studs!!!?????? AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

hmmm?

You have one of two kinds of durablue spacers.

1. Screw the stud extenders on the old studs then slide the spacers on and then put the wheel on.
2. Take out the old stud and and use the new bolts supplied with the spacers to bolt the wheel and spacers on the hub.

The spacers are a joke at best.....I had a set and had too open up the holes just too get them beat on. For the price, atvers are being taken advantage of with the Dura Blues.

Mine fit perfectly, no fuss no mess. Went right on. Had them for about a year or so now. My only complaint would be that I went with 2 1/2" instead of the 1 1/2". I also have the kind that screw onto the existing studs though.

My guess would be they made them tight fitting so your spacer stays on when you take the tire off?? Maybe if you can get any threads to stick out past the spacer then you can put the nuts and washers on and tighten them up evenly to seat the spacer against the hub. Maybe. Or get a drill bit and drill the holes to a little bigger size. You shouldn't have to do that but it might be your only option.
