Hey all,
What a night, a friend was with me, took a trail at about 830 so it was dark, we come to about 50ft from a road and we see weird lights, so we stop shut ours off to see if they pass, they dont, the head right our way, the first quad was a Prairie650 (which is what the cops ride here) the other quad behind it isnt a quad but a TRUCK!, so naturally we turn around and try to loose them, we run down this very muddy trail for a while until my friend hits grooves and gets stuck, now me (like a man and a good friend, im only 15) stop to take the heat wit my buddy, soo the guy on the prairie pulls inbetween us ( with the truck about 20ft back parked) and the dude jumps off and yells "why the F r u running" so i knew it wasnt a cop then i got worried, but hear comes the shocker......while im trying to tell the guy sorry for being on his property, and we never took this trail before, HE PUNCHES ME IN THE GOGGLES AND HEAD ABOUT 10 times, ok I did nothing for this guy to hit me at all, and I wanted to fight back soo bad but it would be a looseing battle,( 2 15yearolds vs 2 older guys in their 20s) ( with a truck) after all the hits, the guy decided to leave, IM OK but what and A*hole, he has no right to strike me, hes lucky my i dont no who he is, other wise, id get him in trouble
but,
just remember, WHAT GOES AROUND, COMES AROUND.....

I'm aproperty ownner & I would never treat any body like that who I caught tresspassing.You should carry A GUN OR KNIFE WITH YOU.You have rights as a tresspasser.Knowone has rights to do that to you.They can call the law,butthey can't touch you.You may have a good lawsuit.

 

Man!!!!! You should try hard to find out who this person is and have him arrested..Take pictures of any and all scrapes bruises whatever you might have.....dont let this go ...What if the next kid he throws a beaten to gets killed....

Chris, what happened is criminal and should be investigated. Unless you are real concerned about where you were riding, my best advice is to go to your local PD with your parents and file a report. Was your buddy assaulted as well ? If so, have him do the same or at least list him in the report as a witness.

The advice to carry a gun or a knife is bad IMHO. You obviously have a right to protect yourself though. He punched you repeatedly in the head... were you wearing a helmet ?

Bigchris, I think it was good that you stuck with your buddy, you did the right thing. I do not recommend you carry a gun with you though. Rather, try to ride in safer places. You did not deserve to be hit and treated that way. You should probably file a complaint with the local police or sherriff. Have you told your parents? They should be the first to know. The way the incident happened sounds weird. The two guys do not seem like property owners, but more like thugs. Perhaps they have something growing, I mean going on back there and don't want anyone around. Keep us posted.

 

dont forgot you had a helmet... use it [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] i dont take crap from anyone there was this one guy that doesnt like me riding ont he telephone poll easement cuz its close to his house ya know wha tim talking about? well he put up logs and stuff but there was a hill right there so jumped over them... an di dont rip up that part i go slow through it but he came running out so i stopped i was like yea? and he was get the F of my property and i was like this isnt your property its golen valleys ( electrical company) and he goes WHAT? you talking back to me ? and im like yea its how you have a conversation ! and hesl ike you need to slow down and i was like sure what is the speed limit on this easement? and he started walking towards me with his hands in a fist.. i grab my helmet but the mouth peice thingy ya know hold it up and say you stop right there ..... that helmet would hurt like hell it get hit with..... he stopped [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] never heard from him again....

Another weird thing........He only hit me, not my friend who ran over to try to talk to him, so i donno,
hits hits were like someone smacking you with a helmit on, but he was punching, he did get me good tho in the goggles, I am OK no marks, no signs of abuse, I shoulda whaled him after hit me cause he was in my face , while i had a helmit on he didnt.....but then theres the truck behind him, which i still dont get,
just goes to show....our riding spots are getting smaller and smaller
