Default off topic but i could use some suggestions right now

All day long my back was feeling pretty sore. Then this evening i decided to lift some weights. When i was trying to max out on curls i pulled a muscle in my back. Now i cant move. I have put ice on it and it seems to help but i was wondering if anyone has tried anything else.

thanks

Some time off from lifting anything, give yourself a few good days of rest, and get a good long deep tissue massage. You can also take some ibuprofen which will help to reduce the soreness and it will help with the swelling; ibuprofen is also a mild inflammatory which will help with the swelling of the pulled muscle. Hope this might help. If it doesnt get better go see the doc. Slim

Take some Aleve, and try a electric heatpad if you got one. Good luck.

thanks for the quick replys. I took a couple muscle relaxers hopefully they will do something. I also have it packed on ice. I have never been in so much pain before. I cant even roll over or sit up. I hope its a little better by tomorrow morning so i can atleast walk to school.
