How do you post a picture on just a regular msg?

I was wondering if you could point one of these posts here on the ATV Connection forums out other than the Preferred Vendors area? ATV Connection forums do not have this capacity unless something has changed that I am not a where of.

You cant, I dont know why. I visit many sites that allow this, and I support this one by paying and they dont let you do it.

How do you post a picture on just a regular msg?
I think that would be really cool as long as there is some sort of limitations , nothing like going through a thread and seeing a bunch of stupid pics that are not related to ATV's
