Hope one of you can help me. I bought a used PEP steering dampener for my Raptor and have never seen one before. I dont have a clue how to mount it! Anyone have a pic of yours in place? I would be grateful!

Can anyone even describe how the thing mounts? Please? I know one end goes aroung the sterring stem. I cant figure out at ALL where the other bracket could mount.

The other end mounts to the engine case on the left side. Also, if you have a larger aftermarket oil tank, it probably won't fit. Didn't on mine. I ended up using a Denton.

Thanks RaptorAZ. I think I get it now. Two screws are at the base of the cylinder and two in the case, one of which holds an oil line right? I can't believe they would have this thing mount to the engine case. But then my AC nerfs mount to the motor mount so why not? I can tell already I wont like that mounting bracket sticking out into my shin. Oh well.

I appreciate the help.

Mark
