Hello forum!

I've got a 98' Warrior and like the topic states....the carb is driving me nutts! It will not start unless I blow into the carb vent tube (black tube coming off top of carb) or if I blow into the tank vent tube. It will run for about 10 seconds and then stall. It runs extremly high idle also when it decides to start. I'm ready to buy a new carb and say forget it, but don't really feal like spending the $$$$$. ANY HELP would be appreciated highly.

Check your float adjustment in the carb. Make sure your gas cap is venting.

 

I agree sounds like its not getting gas thru the needle valve. Might try spraying some carb cleaner thru the fuel line in to the carb before you take it apart.
