got new ITP mudlites, but can't remove stock tire

on the 2004 Grizzly, front wheels only, rears were a snap. but these front tires have 3 grown men, two pry bars, a bead breaking machine, and a can of lube scratching their heads. i think the tire is glued to the rim. we honestly can't get it off and trust me we are using brute force by way of 8 pound sledge, crowbar, etc. how in the world do you get them off??

well, finally got it done and the bike is nasty beast with the new treads. we ended up removing one of the tires with a sawz-all by cutting it into about 20 pieces. the other one we go off using the bead breaker tool and 3 pry bars to get pressure where we needed it but they were some SOB's to get off.
after seeing how the bead breaker machine was sliding off the tire with no air in it, i see where leaving air in may help

the very thin stock tires can be very difficult to remove... 1st try just leaving the valve core in... if it doesn't work... leave 2-4 psi in the tires, they will normally pop right off the rim... I've never had a problem since I heard about this trick...
