Clutch torque

Default Clutch torque

Can anyone please tell me the amount How tight I should retighten the primary clutch bolts to on my 04 sportsman? I havent gotten a manual yet and Im ready to Install my Heelclicker this weekend. Much appreciated.

Default Clutch torque

The six little bolts on the outside are 7.5 ft/lbs or 90 inc/lbs. The main bolt to the crank is 40/45 ft/lbs. The rear bolts for the secondary is 17 ft/lbs.

torque is 44 lbs on the prim and 12 on the sec. if im correct!!

i was going off the top of my head since i just put a dalton spring kit in my 04 sp66, i have it written down some where but i know im close, steve

Default Clutch torque

From the manual drive clutch bolt 40 ft. lbs, driven clutch bolt 17 ft lbs, six clutch cover bolts 90 in. lbs. (7.5 ft. lbs.). Have fun. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
