I had a p360...it has GREAT suspension, but it was very tippy. I liked the suspension, but the tippiness caused my to wear the 600 lb. machine a couple times, and I'm an experienced rider. I had a lemon, so I can't say much else. It is a dog, but if she doesn't care about that then it's not an issue. I did. I LOVED my Rancher I just sold 2 days ago because I want to get something new just for the sake of getting something new. It's an incredibly stable, sturdy, dependable machine!!!!!! It needed new tires and had 2200 miles on it, my only reasons for selling as stupid as that may be. I am considering another Rancher ES, the Rancher AT or the Scrambler 500 HO. As far as price, the Rancher ES price just dropped considerably, the 2004's are $1k less than when I bought my 2002. I haven't had a machine with IRS, but from what I hear the Outlander is a pretty good ride. I think you should make sure she's comfortable and feels somewhat secure so she enjoys riding. But I don't know her, so make sure what is important to her is satisfied in whatever quad you choose. Just my opinion.

IF price matters, the Suzuki Eiger is a great choice. If price doesn't matter, the Suzuki Eiger is a good choice. I've seen and ridden them. I watched the comparisons on ATV Television, they do a really good in depth job of comparing and have great criteria. You can actually look at their website and read their reviews on that class of ATV's. Like they say, and I have found in my 100's of hours of researching, most all of the ATV's out there are pretty darn good. They are just all different, and have different pros and cons. It kinda depends on what features and performance you want and how you are going to ride them. Here is the link to ATV Television.
Good Luck and let us know what you get.

Hi, I have a new bruin 4x4 and I like it. I was looking for a mid size with decent supension and lighter weight, plus cost was a factor. I ride double a lot with my wife in the ozark mtns and it has plenty of speed and power to suit my style of riding. It does has a tendency to lean a little in corners, but then again I don't race. The steering is real light and easy and dozen't wear you out. The auto shifts easy and not as noisy as some atv's that I have been on. I like the big tires and ground clearance. Have your wife try different machines and let her get the one she likes. Good luck in your choice.

The Outlander... I've ridden both the 330 and the 400, and the 400 is really nice. Smooth power, light steering, great brakes, and the independant rear suspendsion works like nothing else, itll actually power slide and not feel tippy, and it seems much more sporty than utility. The 4 wheel drive system works very well, I got one front tire airborn, I wanted to see how well the front differentail worked, and it worked as advertized. the tire up in the air didnt spin, and the one on the ground pulled. I know they arent cheap, but they have a 3 year warrentee, and its got enough get up and go, that even guys will have fun on it.

I own both the 360p & the honda 400 at...I ride the 360p & I am totally satisfied. I bought the 400at for my wife because of the size . the 360 was almost too large for her ( she is only 5' ) the honda fit her much better. the honda doen't have the smooth ride nor the handling of the kawi but she loves it. as for price the honda was $50 more so that wasn't an issue . She has put over 200 hours on it since we got it in Sept & no trouble. myself , I ride the kawi , smoother ride, better acceleration & the larger size fits me ( 6' 205 lbs ).
